I made an appointment on Friday scheduled for Monday. Get two reminders, then morning of I get a cancel cause they don’t do “mental health”. I better get my refund on the appointment cause this is bull.
Avoid at all costs. Charged $140 for a Dr. Note that was dated incorrectly. Will not respond to emails or calls now.
