Excellent service Timely too, considering the tele-Dr. was working on other calls as well. Professional in-person care by assistant as well.
Maybe It was my lucky day but I was feeling a bronchitis after 1 week with a bad cold. I called and Jacob was really helpful. When I got to the clinic on Rideau Street in Downtown Ottawa, did not wait more than 45 minutes, met a nice doctor and he prescribed me with pumps and nose spray. Was very courteous .However, the pharmacist was trying too much to convince me to change pharmacist. I am satisfied with my pharmacist I have been with for 12years. Terrible experience. Do not use this service! We were booked for an assessment for my daughter in the fall with Dr. Kinjal Patel. After submitting all the requested forms and documents in November, I heard nothing from their office for 3 months. Our NP told us we had an outstanding form, but I had submitted everything that they requested. When I tried to follow up with their office, they ignored my emails and ghosted me. If you’re referred here for a mental health consultation RUN AWAY. My roommate had a consultation with Dr Jetinder Gill and he was awful. He claimed that her anxiety was normal and she did not have PTSD despite having a diagnosis for the past 5 years. Explaining that she is suicidal, has experienced childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault in adulthood, panic attacks and that’s just the beginning of it. He claimed it was normal.
