I booked an appointment with TeleMed to see a doctor and discuss things through what I thought was a virtual appointment. As my appointment time came and went with a no show, I was rather disappointed. However, I got in touch with the downtown office and spoke with Jacob. Outdated thinking when diagnosing issues
I called about an prescription concern and was brushed off with a text saying, “We sent from 11/29 a 90-day supply (30 + 2 refills). Please check with the pharmacy.” The information didn’t match what my pharmacy shows, so I called back for clarification. Instead of helping, they hung up on me. It should not be this hard to get clear answers about medication refills. Patients deserve respectful communication and accountability.
I booked an appointment on a Friday for Saturday morning. I booked the first appointment of the day, thinking I would get answers first thing and get on with my day. 3 hours after my appointment time and I'm still waiting for my phone call. I can't do anything until they call which I find debilitating. I finally get a call after 4.5 hours and they did nothing for me. Never again will I use a service that cost me $50.00 for nothing
