I went through this service to book an appointment with a dermatologist because a basal cell carcinoma had returned. The booking agent confirmed my appointment would be with a board-certified dermatologist. I discovered later that the booking was made with a CFPC Specialist, not a board-certified dermatologist despite having specifically asked this question. I am glad that I googled and canceled the appointment, but have now lost a few days trying to find an appointment.
Cannot contact anyone by phone, when you call it keeps sending you in circles. No help whatsoever
They are a fraud company. Paid for premium membership but they did not share the reports. Stopped responding to emails, never answer calls or call back. I paid another 50 cad to get my report, no response from Telemed. Lost around 200 CAD in this entire episode. Totally unrecommended company. Patient ID: 2163289
Hard to manage and not knowing whether I had to pay twice for the same requested service? I only have one appointment so I’m confused as to why I pay another 50$
