If I could leave a lower rating, I would. It is almost impossible to make an appointment, so do not ever let your family doctor refer you there. The staff are extremely unprofessional and would call you back at random times when you have told them your availability to take a call. Avoid if you can.
Booked an appointment and even spoke to 2 people.... I received no call form the doctor, no video link, nothng!!
The doctor was not helpful. The consultation was for refil and the doctor didn’t want to hear where the prescription should be sent insisting that was going to be sent to the “ pharmacy” on file. We are still looking for the prescription because the pharmacy that should be on file did not received the prescription. It is not acceptable!
(Regarding the website option) --I've been using the service since December 2023, and the doctors I've spoken to have been excellent. However, the website navigation to book an appointment for an ongoing prescription refill is a nightmare. Also, I really wish the profile section had an area where you could state HOW you prefer to be contacted. That's really the only stressful issue I've ever had with this service, which has otherwise been amazing, thus the 4 stars.
