Do not waste time or money on this site I was in a stat'). Called to ask a few questions. Nurse was kind.....I waited more than half an hour but no one answered. The next day I had an email asking how they could hep me. I didn[t reply. I have had 2 emails since askng how they could help. I saw that I needed to pay $5 then I was asked for $90 on a CC. STUPID ME. I PAID. I am unable to fine a way to contact because I get stuck on the 'please pay page'

I called this service for my daughter at 7:00 pm, and they returned the call at 9:15 Am the next day. My daughter has a disability and a very high fever; this is the worst service ever.
Called at 9:30 am to ask for advice. I was told it would be 3 hours to get a call back from a nurse. It’s been almost 6 hours and no call back.
waste of time. called to get some answers about my symptoms and instead just got told to book an appointment with my family doctor after answering registry questions for 20 minutes.
