I needed some help to determine what the best course of action is for my ailing mother (as in should we go to the hospital, see our doctor or wait it out, etc..) Telehealth didnt want to speak to me and would only speak to my mother. Mom and I were not in the same location at the time and she was sleeping so Telehealth was unable to offer recommendations on how to proceed. It was a total waste of time.
Called telehealth, the guy that answered was rude. I was told 4 hours 48 minute wait for a call back.... Took over 15 hours to receive a call back, by then I had already been to the emergency room and back home. All I wanted to know was IF I should go to emergency after falling hard on the ice as a 50 year old female. Turns out, it was a good thing I didn't wait 15 hours. Thanks telehealth.....good job...I won't call again.
Called at 9:50 am. They returned my call 11:48 pm. By that time I have been admitted. Terrible Terrible service

If she hadn't picked up on those things, I don't know what would ha... read more
Another failed Ontario Health experiment. Live in an area where there is no walk-clinic open after 5 pm and no in-town hospital. Called at 4:30 pm for assistance with symptoms. 7 hours later no call back so went to bed. Wish I had read the poor reviews beforehand. I would not have wasted my time.
Telehealth Ontario has a 2.2 star rating with 548 reviews.
Telehealth Ontario is closed now. It will open at 9:00 a.m.
