I called this service for my daughter at 7:00 pm, and they returned the call at 9:15 Am the next day. My daughter has a disability and a very high fever; this is the worst service ever.
Called at 9:30 am to ask for advice. I was told it would be 3 hours to get a call back from a nurse. It’s been almost 6 hours and no call back.
waste of time. called to get some answers about my symptoms and instead just got told to book an appointment with my family doctor after answering registry questions for 20 minutes.
I called to get advice. Gave them all my information. Only to be told that I will get a call back. Then I was informed that it will be 5.5 hours. I might as well go to emergency. I can be seen by a doctor is less time. This service is totally useless and waste of taxpayers money. What waste of our taxes.
