My name is Luna. Long story short I got stuck inside of the gate after hours while parking to pull directions up. After an hour of panic and a completely unhelpful police call ( I waited 45 minutes for some one to tell me to leave my car. ) Just as I was giving up and feeling sad the employee of the year answered his ring camera at 1 am. Great place to keep your extra junk. Great group of people and reasonably priced.
This place has fallen off. When I came back the dude in the office looked me in the eye and said they don’t raise rates as extreme as the other storage places. Well just got the notice of the 2nd rate hike this year. A 30% increase in over 12 months. What did China tariff the storage units? Also be careful of the parking lot. I have gotten 2 nails in my tires over the last 12 months which has cost me several hundred dollars. Recommended cleaning up the parking lot. Do better
Telegraph self storage is a very well run place, nice and clean and the staff are attentive to issues as they come up.
Great place with great coustmer service ! Alyson was so professional and helpful with everything. Highly recommended !
