Get rid of Joyce Bolan, announce winners of competitions use only a name this is a fix as the same people win!!! Dont lie as your lies will get found out , (David and Joyce). Get proper qualified contractors to fix balconies mine still has area's of rotten wood. Dont be 2 faced when talking to your tenants you will be found out! Drainage system needs improvement and parking lines need to be established since the patchwork quilt syndrome of making improvements was short lived!!!!!
We love it here, great location, great school district , wonderful staff, and very pet friendly!!
