After speaking to the owner several times by phone, we drove all the way up from the Cleveland area with full intentions of buying a vehicle. When we arrived the next morning, he had sold the car. We fully realize that business happens but a phone call or even a text would have been appropriate. He never even got up from his desk to offer to show us other cars. Just found out my friend made a 2+ hour trek from Ohio to Michigan to purchase a car and it was sold out from under them without even the common courtesy of a telephone call so that they wouldn’t make the drive. Talk about bad business! We will be looking to purchase a car shortly and will NOT consider Telegraph AS!
My dad has been getting cars here for as long as I can remember and the first car that I perchased for myself was from here. It's a 2002 mustang convertible and I could not be more happy with it and I am currently looking for a second car to drive during the winter. Never go here to buy a vehicle. They are a rip off and will lie to you to just get you in a car. They do not care about the customer at all, terrible service, rude employees the worst place to buy a lemon!!! They suck! Dont go there!!!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! We bought a car and within 2 weeks it had a knocking sound coming out of it! We have 3 children and 1 on the way and told them we needed a dependable car and this is what happens. I am telling everyone not to go to them. Unless you like being screwed over!!
Lemons Everwhere! – I purchased a car and 2 days after it doens't work!! The warranty will not cover this as well. all they do is buy cars and never ever inspect them and throw them on the lot. You really you have to be a LUCKY person to get a car that lasts more than a week at this place. have someone throughly inspected the car for sure!!!!!!!!!!!and know a great inexpensive car mechanic or attorney for your purchase!!!
Horrible - DO NOT BUY A CAR OR TRUCK HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Bought a car here, broke down that day. Told them it broke down 2 miles out of parking lot, they laughed, said there is no warranty and rudely hung up. Then I called back several times and I got a voicemail box and never recieved a phone call back, this is what we call terrible buisness. I bought a van from this place in February, and in March my transmission started to go out. They have good customer service, but be skeptical of there vehicles. Also had to have the windshield replaced before leaving the lot, who ever they hired did a terrible job. The window keeps leaking right into my control box. One week, I couldnt use my blinkers but didnt know it until I got pulled over by a cop.
