I would give them 10 stars if I could. If your loved one has to go to this facility rest assured they will be treated with care. Every single person from reception, nurses, social workers and providers went above and beyond. Work on the same team as the facility and the results can be life changing. Had a loved one sent here. Reception will not answer the phone, I have to call the nurse station every time. Getting Any info is like pulling teeth. Cant talk to anyone substantial. My loved one got sick from his dinner there, the chicken wasnt cooked enough. If I had any say where my loved one was sent, it wouldnt of been here. Robin and one nurse(i dont know her name, Asian accent female) have been the Only helpful people ive talked to here.
The place should be shut down.
This is a torture center. Do not send your kid there do not send your friend there do not send your spouse there your partner there. This is a torture center.
