Went there for 3 days told them I was not mentally ill More than 8 times during my horrible stay the mentally ill would yell late in the night cursing and even fight not even 3 feet from the very room me and other minors slept.the door is left open where we sleep guarded constantly by 1 or 2 staff the food was horrible hot pockets peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and cheezits. This is not help. This is just parking. No one communicates. The staff will not call family members on the outside back. Social Worker is non existent. They have no idea why your loved one is there, and they do not care. When you try to share relevant information. they say that is not relevant. We just stabilize!!! How can you stabilize if you do not know the patient is currently being treated for. What they do is make zombies. I'm struggling with some personal issues and had a family member take me yesterday. Thalia, Daniel, Maddie, Susan, Michael, Ramon and many other staff members did what they could to accommodate everyone coming in, treating them respectfully despite some hostility from others and their own personal situations. Thankful to have something like this available when you don't have much in life.

Thank you Telecare for treating my love one with kindness, during these challenging moment of his life. Thank you again! Telecare staff allowed him to reach out to his family as many times as he needed. As a family member reassuring him he is loved is vital. I believe in a power greater than myself. May ALL the staff at Telecare stay safe. My hope is that the universe provide each and everyone of you everything you desire in abundance! ❤️

2 1/2 stars. Staff looked as if they were fed up but there was times where I got sweet staff been there 3x and only had 2 sweet understanding staff the rest were just there to work which I don’t judge bc I mean I get it they need cash but the patients NEED CARING 😭 other than that I mean food was okay yk nothing bad but they need thicker blankets the blankets are too thin and it’s so cold in there I felt as if I was freezing to death.
