I’m heartbroken and outraged at the lack of compassion and responsibility shown by this facility. My cousin is severely mentally ill and has been suffering from schizophrenia for years. Over the past nine months, there have been numerous alarming events that clearly showed he is unable to care for himself, yet despite pleading with the doctors and administrators to place him under a conservatorship, they refused. I wish there was a way to leave zero stars for this place because they don’t even deserve 1 star . I don’t understand the 5 star rating for this careless place . All these people care is about money they don’t give one dam about their patients. My cousin was sent to this place after my aunt advised this wasn’t the right facility that would suit his needs or concerns. Very clean and welcoming facility. Residential psych 16 beds the support for clients is top notch
