I have had a family member at Telecare for a total of approximately 4 months, off and on. I made sure to be communicative with the staff and they were great. Because of my situation, I was able to see my family member almost every day during their time at this facility. I found the staff to be engaging and heartfelt. The amazing staff here saved my life in more ways than the obvious. The RS's get to know you personally and each have their own pieces of sage wisdom that can only come from being in the patients' shoes themselves. The social workers will advocate for you until they have exhausted every last possible avenue available to them. And I MEAN every. Last. One. The cooks are amazing! Best food I've ever eaten. My relative was unfortunately sent there, the employees where very nice. The Doctor is horrible when diagnosing and social workers make family members going through tough times like losers. Sierra Vista and Heritage Oaks in Sacramento are a million times better when trying to help a loved one with distress and Mental health issues.
