Been here twice. The first time I walked out after waiting for hours to be seen and nothing. Second time I waited five and a half hours l. This is ridiculous to make people wait for so many hours
First time coming here, I had a great experience. Second time, I was left in the waiting room for about 20 minutes with no body coming, very weird experience. Third time coming here, I’d say was the most wild and best experience I’ve had. The staff here is solid IMO, just could use better training in emergency situations, is my only critique.
It took 6 hours just for my husband to get a paper prescription. You’re better off going to Eisenhower.

I never knew such a place existed. I’m grateful for the experience I had; the staff was polite and attentive to my needs. They helped me during a difficult time, and I’m thankful to know we have a place like this in the Coachella Valley. This experience has helped me decide to help those in need of mental health care.
