This company has a facility on my street and they are irresponsible and incapable of taking care of their residents. There have been several instances of a child running out of the facility down the street and causing incident in the last couple of weeks. Today my street was barricaded by police while your staff attempted to deal with this child in the street preventing my return home and causing me to detour 5 miles to my home. Will make you go in person to sit at a computer for telecare. The receptionists wouldn’t listen to me when I had scheduling issues. My doctor shamed me for losing my medical coverage and seemed to have everything figured out for me only for it to all fall apart when I gave her hard facts about her plan of action.
