Terrible telecare service! Unresponsive staff, long wait times, and frequent technical issues. Care feels impersonal, rushed, and ineffective. Avoid at all costs!
Worst imaginable place for convenient service -infinite stars
I’m not sure why Telecare isn’t nationwide because just like how “All lives matter” so does mental health. I have been a client for 3 years, this is truly the best mental health organization there is. They have great life coping skills groups, most of the staff are really nice and are there to help you with your recovery and are amazing people to conversate with (: My case worker, Kevan, is the best there is!
