I'm so sorry to hear that someone had a bad experience at a Telecare facility. My experience has been the opposite...that Telecare is a well-established and well-managed organization staffed by highly competent and compassionate individuals, and that it helps a lot of people. In short, it works.
At least this Telecare branch is a disaster and I'm sure is a failing business seeing that their staff can't make the right decision for someone who is verifiability in jeopardy of not necessarily self harm but putting herself in danger when approaching strangers in her apartment complex with outlandish claims that these people are doing something bad to her.
