Tim was wonderful as usual. I informed him I would not be at the plant that day he was scheduled, and he assured me that would not be a problem, and it wasn't. We communicated via phone call, and he was able to complete the calibration without difficulty. Also, he went above and beyond to find me some earphone covers to fit my earphones in the booth. I have had no luck finding any in the past. Thank you for a great service!

I did not get the opportunity to meet the tech on site as my lead nurses at each site have the in-person interaction with our vendors, but I would like to express my appreciation for Sherry as she is always so easy to work with! She follows through and makes scheduling seamless! I am always so grateful for her!
Mike Jordan was very efficient and completed the calibration of our audiometer in a timely manner. He was very courteous, and informative about this equipment.
