Jimmy Gray was professional and efficient! The OAE screener we sent for calibration has been quickly serviced and is on it's way back already!
Tim was wonderful as usual. I informed him I would not be at the plant that day he was scheduled, and he assured me that would not be a problem, and it wasn't. We communicated via phone call, and he was able to complete the calibration without difficulty. Also, he went above and beyond to find me some earphone covers to fit my earphones in the booth. I have had no luck finding any in the past. Thank you for a great service!
