I RARELY have answering services that extend help beyond simply telling me the office I'm trying to reach is closed. This person took my call just now, and sent a message for a refill request to my cardiologist, and even took down my number in case I needed to be reached back. They were VERY professional, and helpful. I wish more offices would use this answering service! I'll definitely recommend them in the future.
