I have never done tele med therapy before. So I thought I would give it a try. Well turns out that I love it! My therapist and psych both work for the same company so they can look at each others notes. That way I don’t have to retell each of them everything new that may come up. They can just check the notes! These ladies are real and have really helped me to move forward with life. They help me set goals and hold me accountable for them. That is important to me.
