My daughter after being on ativan for anxiety and panic disorder for 20+ years was suddenly told she had to stop taking her medication. We went from Ashlawn Consulting Mental Health to Tele Med Clinx and they said the same thing. We both were so scared and after her having to leave work 3 times for an anxiety attack, she had to take a leave of absence for 30 days in order to save herself from being fired. this place failed to tell me that I now need an EKG before they can prescribe me Adderall , I have been on this medication for 7 years & I am a 39 year old healthy male with no other medical conditions besides ADHD , they also told me oh it is state law requiring EKG before being prescribed a stimulant which is complete BS so I basically paid 200 dollars for them to tell me useless info. Tried to charge me $50 before I could reschedule because I was 2 minutes late to my call because I was busy at work. Even though I’ve been going to them for a year and have never been late before. After explaining I didn’t have the 50$ I was told there is nothing they could do….for a zoom appointment that takes 5 minutes to complete..
They were the only place I contacted that was willing to listen to my unique and difficult situation / schedule and were willing to go out of their way (several times) to help and accommodate me and I called about 12 other places that offer the same services before I was finally referred to Telemedix!
