Tried to charge me $50 before I could reschedule because I was 2 minutes late to my call because I was busy at work. Even though I’ve been going to them for a year and have never been late before. After explaining I didn’t have the 50$ I was told there is nothing they could do….for a zoom appointment that takes 5 minutes to complete..
They were the only place I contacted that was willing to listen to my unique and difficult situation / schedule and were willing to go out of their way (several times) to help and accommodate me and I called about 12 other places that offer the same services before I was finally referred to Telemedix! You must do better with your interface. Clearly troubling to access from different browsers especially while juggling a full time job. Your rule and policy should apply equally to patients and providers. Clearly I was impacted, accommodating 8 min notice to reschedule my appointment for the next day but you want to charge $50 fee because I was late. You need to do better. Be accommodating, charge an affordable late fee!! I was not a no show .
My experience at Tellamed has been a positive one. From the beginning Brittney Birto does an amazing job of scheduling. She is the first person I came in contact with. She is the person any business would love to have represent them. She goes beyond helping people find the right care. She is kind and concerned scheduling appointments. She is patient and understanding and always finds a way to make your appointment work. I can’t say enough what an asset she is.
The staff are knowledgeable and efficient in handling the needs of clients in a caring and compassionate environment!
