Been banking here since Kirby kangaroo
It's been a year and a half since my account randomly goes "unavailable" for hours or even an entire day. It was the weekend and I thought maybe the atm would show my balance. Nope. A year ago I posted a review (that I just took down to make this one) about the same thing. I'm about to switch banks because having my money unavailable to me where I can't see anything in my bank account is unacceptable. Please let me know why bank accounts go unavailable randomly.
While living in Nixa this group of ladies were by far the most friendly and amazing to help me with all my banking needs. They answered all my questions and were always ready with a smile to help.
And I forgot to add they have placed the same insurance on the other 2 vehicles I have financed with them
