After coming from a large bank like Chase. I was excited to experience what a credit union could have to offer.. After many many issues over the years, lack of communication and support. The nail on the coffin for leaving this bank is as follows.. Overdraft charges. So to put it plainly, all of my bills are automatic. I am mainly a stay at home mom and I’m only able to work one or two days a week on the weekends. No matter what banking business I have to do, the staff is always focused on helping me in the positive way.
