Very disheartened to have come in to work with jasmine on my credit only to find she is no longer there! Will likely be taking my business to a different credit union, the relationship you have with a rep can really impact important financial decisions.
Jasmine and Madisynn helped me with my car refinancing, and were extremely helpful and friendly! Definitely the best service experience I've had with any bank. They are very responsive via email and I even came in a little later in the day to initiate the paperwork and they didn't mind at all. I'm so glad to be a member here! 💕
