I was hired as a temporary tech in Nashville. First 2 weeks I NEVER heard from the “manager”. 3rd week in I was sent out of town to work in Alabama. They rented the cheapest hotel, the beds were literally cots. After working nearly 40 hours in 3 days (including a 23 1/2 hour day), I got pretty sick. Still hadn’t heard from the manager until a month in. He called, left a vm, so I emailed him and said I‘d touch base when I was better. I was fired the next day.
