Well I guess they get 1 star because they eventually got some flowers delivered. Customer service? Not so much. I was told delivery would be no later than 11am. At 11:30 I called and mentioned I had to go out to lunch and would be back soon. The response was, "I'll let the driver know and I'll give you a call back." Over an hour later, I had to call them back because no one ever returned my call. That "no later than 11am" delivery turned into a 3:40pm delivery.
