They quoted me a 6-8 week turn around time. the last piece of my equipment showed up at 129days after drop off and they didn't calibrate some of the things that they quoted.They literally crippled my small business for over a quarter of the year. ive never been so dissatisfied with a "business" before. I've got days of my time trying to track down and get people to give me realistic times frames of where my units were at. Worst customer service ever. They keep your equipment hostage for months and months and don't respond to your emails or phone calls. It's been 4 months and to this day I can't reach anyone regarding my equipment calibration.
I’ve been trying to get my calibration issue resolved for months and not a single reply to emails and calls. Completely unacceptable for a professional company. If you value support or accountability, look elsewhere. Someone in management seriously needs to fix this mess.
Terrible customer service for calibration. Wont hear anything for months. When you call customer service you get the grumpiest person in the world that is going out of their way to be rude. Will not be using this company anymore.
