I run a small child care business in Rancho Cucamonga. I have 4 computers and they all recently got infected with a virus. I called around and luckily I found Tektime. They actually come out to your business and service your computer for a low hourly fee or they will pick it up and repair it and deliver it back to you. Since the viruses had really infected my system, the technician from Tektime came out and picked up my computers and repaired them and had them back to me within 48 hours. Such a great service. My business owes many thanks to this company. We had network problems hack attacks and much system downtime, but now we are doing well with no virus or computer or server problems. I recommend tektime.
OMG... I had a horrible infection on my computer that wiped out most of my important files and sent emails to people on my contact lists. AT&T cut off my internet until the problem was fixed. I went on google and found this company. My virus was removed and they somehow got my data back! dont walk...RUN to your phone and call them when needed you wont regret it.

My 12 year old daughter received a Lap Top computer for Christmas as a gift. She has been inseprable from it until she unknowingly downloaded several viruses and spy-ware. The computer became slow and shut down frequently. I recalled seeing an Ad for Tektime, so I called. The tech was great. They had the laptop up and running in less than 24 hours time. I cant say enough to describe how much I appreciate the service that I receive fromthe folks at Tektime. I was a big fan of geek squad before...wow let me tell you...before I knew this company existed, and I spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars for viruses to be removed and other problems in tech geek jargon. Sad times.I guess smaller companies are the way to go with computer repair these days. anyway, thanks guys-keep up the good work.
