I had a disappointing experience with the recruiter, Alicia. The process felt unprofessional, as they requested references from previous managers and colleagues before even extending an offer. On top of that, my former managers were asked to complete lengthy and unnecessary questionnaires. Overall, the recruitment process with Tek Systems was cumbersome and left a negative impression.

Unprofessional and Wasted My Time I had a disappointing experience with TEKsystems. They kept me waiting in their pipeline for a role for weeks, leading me to believe I was a strong candidate. Despite multiple follow-ups and reassurances, they never provided clear updates on my status.
