Not a great experience. They reached out to ME with an exciting opportunity with a company that owned brands I love and rep. 30 min screening, went super well, recruiter told me I was qualified. At the end, they asked for 2-3 references, which is completely abnormal at that stage, but against better judgement I provided them. They called those references, great, no problem. The amount of misinformation, disrespect and lack of communication from this company is appalling. If you enjoy having to track down your recruiter for info to start, pre testing and even when your contract is ending this is the company for you. If you enjoy trying to contact your recruiter only to not get answers via calls, texts or emails and to get blamed for not communication or get hung up on, apply with TekSystems. This staffing agency is not professional and lies about employees!!! I do not recommend this agency. They asked to do a background and a credit check before I started the job. I told them that it was okay, after 3 weeks on the job They wanted to run a background and credit check, saying they did not do their due diligence in the beginning before I had started the job. No stars for them
