The customer service team has been very difficult to reach the past four years. Emails and phone messages went unanswered. I also didn’t get estimates from the salesperson two times I wanted to add to our system so I ended up using another vendor.
A couple of years ago they built my computer and I bought their help service. They've helped me out a couple of times. Most recently my camera wasn't working and they helped me get it up and going. While doing that, they updated everything on my computer and it is working much faster now.
Absolutely fabulous service! These folks have helped me, a complete technophobe, often, speedily, and reliably. I can't recommend them more highly.
I own a wine storage facility that requires very good security and video monitoring. Tekology has done a phenomenal job of taking care of that, and their customer service and support are excellent. I highly recommend them.
I've been with Tekology since the day they opened. I'm very satisfied with the help i receive from them for my day to day computer issues. Tina is great to talk to and direct me to whomever i need to be talking to. Azzy is AWESOME for my day to day issues with my computer. I will be with them as long as they are around.
