I was using them for my warranty repair on my 82 inch Samsung TV. Had to deal with Jennie who was the most arrogant and. Nasty customer service person. She was so degrading that I ended up canceling the service and Samsung put me in contact with a different vendor.

Tony was on time, professional and very knowledgeable! Very kind guy. He went above and beyond and showed me how to run my new microwave!! Would definitely use him again!!!

The glass top on my stove shattered . Called Tekno tv and appliance and they sent Tony to replace it . Tony was very respectful and kind. He replaced the glass top and did an excellent job. I will call tekno again for my repairs.

My Tv is on worse condition than it was before their service. they replaced the wrong panel. broke the remote sensor and didn't put all the screws back after service, not to mention they taxed me later to ask if it is working (they didn't check). I would prefer to pay for a new TV than have them come to my home as free Service.

I have called Tekno more than once for TV service. Tony wonderful and so knowledgeable in his field.
