I rarely leave any reviews, but in this case I have to. It's been a long time since encountering such professionalism as I found with Teknicool. Mid last year I obtained several quotes for replacing my old ducted aircon. Sam and his company seemed to be great value and I'm glad I picked them. From start to end, Sam was very helpful and his advice relating to many aspects of the installation proved to be correct. excellent service. prompt and efficient. the cost was reasonable; the work done was of a very high standard; extra help was needed with a second air con unit and this too was executed extremely well. definitely my 'go to' for all air conditioning needs.
Aircon technicians installed my aircon awhile ago in 2020 for the family living room, placing trust in their experience and advice to leave them to their own devices. Recently the cover fitting came lose and while putting it back in place - noticed how the hole in the wall made to feed the copper and powerline through was packed with plastic wrapping, possibly from the aircon unit packaging at the time? Also the uninsulated exposed copper piping was wrapped with duck tape, maybe because there wasnt enough insulation coverage... read more
Sam and his team did a great job installing A/C. Great communication , very professional service, quick install and cleaned up as they did the job. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to get A/C installed.
I chose to go with Teknicool because of their transparency on pricing, their prompt service and great communication. They came out, completed the job (split system) and even helped with looking at my ducted aircon, complimentary. The guys were professional, friendly and courteous and my house was kept clean.
