Would leave 0 stars if I could. My alarm system started beeping consistently every 10 seconds and when I called I was given no solution as to how to get it to stop (actually was lied to by the man on the phone who said a certain code would make it stop for “at least one day” when in reality it worked only for 4 hours at a time so I was woken up every 4 hours all night) and was told to schedule service via email but both of my emails were left unanswered for more than 24 hours. Great place, love working here!
Contacted numerous times since 2019 after onsite visit and was not followed up or reached or or supported in anyway after calling and emailing several times. Pretty much this is the worst experience i have had with a company with respect to service.
