Really great service and support from a really good company. The engineer/techs that have come to take care of us are really good, professional, and friendly. Maureen is always great to talk to and coordinates things and leaves the customer with that feeling that the company really cares about their customers. strongest recommendation.

I recently purchase a Ricoh Copier from this company for a great price. The machine was refurbished not new but they still offered a great service plan on the machine. I worked with David Livoti on this purchase, it took me about a week to decide due to getting comparable quotes. The reason I chose to go with David is because he was the only salesman that was willing to come out to my office and make sure everything would fit nicely and work the way I wanted it to. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my copier machine from here. I worked with the sales representative David and he was outstanding. I received quotes from many other companies but the way David handled my questions is why I decided to buy from him. I will continue to work with him on any machine I need in the future!

The sales representative David was extremely refreshing! Sales reps will generally say anything to get the sale but David was very honest and knowledgeable about what the equipment could and could not do. Thank you!
