We needed a home inspection and promptly called TEK Inspections. Ty has done several inspections for us and we know him to be friendly, honest, thorough, and experienced. I take the deficiencies he notes and create my “To Do” List so that I can make our home safer and more efficient. I always learn a great deal talking to him. UPDATE BASED ON TEK’s REPLY: Instead of taking accountability or offering real solutions, TEK has chosen to hide behind its contract and lecture me on what a home inspection is — as if that excuses poor service and missed issues. I have used Tek for two home inspections in the last few months. In one of the inspections, Tek found major issues with the house that were not disclosed to me, likely saving me tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. I met both inspectors and both were professional and took the time to explain their findings to me. Getting a home inspection from Tek is something you won't regret.
