UPDATE BASED ON TEK’s REPLY: Instead of taking accountability or offering real solutions, TEK has chosen to hide behind its contract and lecture me on what a home inspection is — as if that excuses poor service and missed issues. What’s worse is that TEKs response ignores the real problem: they wasted my time and energy with an excessive, pointless fact-finding exercise after my complaint — asking me for details that should have been in their records or were irrelevant to my concerns.
