Great company to do business with, customer service is out of this world, I have been buying parts from Tejas Smokers for several years now, always good product and service.
I first did business in with Tejas Smokers back in 2004 when I purchased a propane hose and fittings so I could use my heater in the garage or in an unheated attic. Worked great!. Two years ago I parked tractor mounted snowblower on the hose, destroying it. I tried any number of propane equipment vendors here in Maine when trying to get the hose repaired or replaced. NO LUCK! I was in Iraq 12 years ago. Via email these guys took my order and promised my grill would be at my house when I came home on leave for our son’s 7th birthday. And they didn’t disappoint. Fast forward. I just pulled “maintenance” on my grill. She’s holding up beautifully. As the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for”.... I’m here to say after 12 years of significant use, I’m getting my money’s worth. An Arizona monsoon storm doesn’t stop me with my Tejas smoker.
