We had a blast at the rodeo and that portion is always good. However after the rodeo we decided we would like to eat some steak at the restaurant. We were told it would be a 10 minute wait until we could be seated. well that turned into a 20 minute wait and the manager came and told us due to a incident earlier in the day they were not prepared to deal with a party of 5. I'm not saying this cause I work here now � but I honestly do really love this place. I have for years and it's always been a safe haven. The rodeos are spectacular, the food is delicious, the people are precious and lovely. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else, I'd lose this place if i did.

We just moved to the Bulverde area and were eager to try the Tejas. We used a Groupon for dinner on Sunday. Beautiful venue & friendly waitstaff. ******* 2nd visit to Tejas ******* It took a while to get seated on Saturday night, but the place was super packed! We always bring out of town guests here for the rodeo and we always have fun! They have very good service and we love their KC steak. Tom and Cassie were great and helpful in arranging our accommodations for our group.
