Awful service in our neighborhood, which has had a contract with Tejas/Vista for a number of years. Mowing job is poor at best; I often have to go behind them to ensure that ditches are mowed/trimmed. Quality of service is just sub-par. I cannot recommend Tejas based on this very consistent experience.

I have worked with John two times. In in both cases, he exceeded my expectations and did exactly what was scheduled. He will be doing my annual updating every spring now.
