Unsat. Maybe Dr. T is a good doctor but I never want to find out. My daughter's appt that we anxiously waited for 2 months for was taken out from under us due to a technicality. With the barrage of texts we all get I missed sending a "C" to confirm the appointment. This is bad practice for something as important as psychiatric care. I escalated my concern to the office manager, Laural (apparently also Dr. T's wife) she concurred this was a miscommunication yet she did not even offer to rectify their mistake.
