I am absolutely furious with the service I received! I was told my insurance was accepted, only to find out when I arrived that it was actually out of network. My insurance company confirmed that they are still in network, and I had to fax proof to them to sort out their mess. If you really care about your teeth, stay away from this dentist. Some of the doctors are extremely rude and unprofessional; they have no idea what they’re doing. They can’t even agree on a decision. You can’t trust a doctor who doesn’t know what they’re doing or who can’t provide a proper diagnosis. I wasted my time. They are money-hungry, and they don't know how to file things correctly with the insurance. They always want to charge you out of pocket. Horrible spot would put 0 stars if I could waste of time take forever doesn’t matter if you call a day or a couple days before. They take forever and lie about the wait I waited over an hour and 30 minutes when they told me 20 minutes.
When I first came to this dental office I was really excited to have come up with enough money to work on my smile & pay anything out of pocket that my insurance wasn't willing to cover. I was also in the process of switching to better insurance coverage, all things I communicated with the dentist from the beginning. Dr. Kaur & her staff will do whatever they can to try to get you pay out of pocket & to purchase insurance through them that allegedly gives you a "huge discount". Don’t recommend it at all they take forever to attend you. Also they lie about the wait for example they say 20 minutes and will take about a hour and 30 to attend you don’t recommend this place at all horrible spot.
