If you really care about your teeth, stay away from this dentist. Some of the doctors are extremely rude and unprofessional; they have no idea what they’re doing. They can’t even agree on a decision. You can’t trust a doctor who doesn’t know what they’re doing or who can’t provide a proper diagnosis. I wasted my time. They are money-hungry, and they don't know how to file things correctly with the insurance. They always want to charge you out of pocket. When I first came to this dental office I was really excited to have come up with enough money to work on my smile & pay anything out of pocket that my insurance wasn't willing to cover. I was also in the process of switching to better insurance coverage, all things I communicated with the dentist from the beginning. Dr. Kaur & her staff will do whatever they can to try to get you pay out of pocket & to purchase insurance through them that allegedly gives you a "huge discount". Second time I’ve brought my mother here and it’s the second time there’s a cleaning crew in the examination WITH HER as she’s getting her dental work done vacuuming and mopping, ZERO regards for patient privacy, while the doctor has a convo with the cleaning people about their work and pay, not to mention that every other review is absolutely true. This was by far one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had in a doctors office. The staff is completely unprofessional, watching videos behind the front desk while people are waiting. The doctor makes you wait almost an hour even after bringing you in. It is difficult to understand if he is listening because he never looks you in the eye. ZERO bedside manner.
