THEY DONT EVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! No matter what time of the day I Call!!
They don’t return calls even when the media is trying to get a hold of them. This office seems to be overfunded for what they do…or don’t do.
Just called in to ask the procedure for getting a Covid 19 vaccination. I know I am on Tier 1C. Will my doctor (who I have not seen for 2+ years due to extremely good health) facilitate my "place in line"? Do I make my own appointment at a dispensing retailer pharmacy? The young lady's response to my questions was outstanding. She was polite, professional, and immediately understood the sense of my inquiry. Everything I wanted from a good Public Health Department.
