BAD NEIGHBOR. In spite of objections from the community, continues to maintain a digital billboard that spills obnoxiously bright light onto surrounding residences and into the night sky. Any doctor worth his shingle would recognize that the AMA has listed excess nighttime lighting as a health hazard and would avoid contributing to light pollution, and light trespass, which is completely out of character with the community. The owner of this establishment has shown that he apparently just doesn't care!!
