We were excited to try these screens in our car washes. Stainless, heavy builds, nice displays. Held up very well for about 7 months and then the touchscreen stopped recognizing touch. Called their support and they recommended we reinstall some drivers, which didn't help. We paid to ship the unit back to them for a repair, they must only repair with their warranty instead of totally replacing the unit.
