Jaye and Josie were over the top outstanding. If there were 10 stars, I would have picked 10. My buying process for a new 2500HD became very confusing (all because of me) and the Tegeler team stood beside me and guided me through the decision making. Their patience with me was amazing. To quote Service Manager Jaye Mills, "You would be smart to take your car somewhere else to have it serviced." We took our 2017 Suburban May 2025. AC was not blowing cold. They put all new parts which seems reasonable for a car with 150k miles but it took them 21 days go get finished. When we got it back my wife complained AC wasn't working right.
