The parts department is awesome, they have always been great. I can't say the same about the service department. I purchased a new fob and key through the Parts department and Service had to program it to my camaro, estimate $169.99 to program the key and fob. They told me it would take an hour, and 5 hours later told me they couldn't program the fob. No explanation and I was still charged the full $169.99 to program a single key to the car without a fob...
