Just had our first visit here today. Such a great experience. Loved the time Dr. Willoughby took letting our cat get used to him. Will be back in a couple weeks with our dog. Happy to leave our other vet and made up certifications behind and crazy pricing behind!
Have a dog that does not do well in boarding, and not only does Dr. Willoughby take excellent care of him, but has been able to recommend a facility that has been great for my dog if we are out of town. My own brother is a vet out of the area so I know what to look for, and Dr. Willoughby and his staff are fantastic.
The staff are very personable and friendly. They are all about providing high quality care and are reasonably priced. This is the only vet I've ever taken my puppy to and he has had such a great experience that he doesn't even fear the word "vet." I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for one.
We had the best experience!! We thought we were going to lose our cat, Keoki a few days ago and Dr. Willoughby and his staff took him even though we weren't clients there when our regular vet turned us away when it was an emergency!! He normally doesn't take emergencies as first time clients, but because they always recommend clients to my wife, Kat the dog groomer they took us and we were so grateful for that!! Best vet around. They are honest, affordable and truly care about your pets! After trying other vets in the area we finally listened to all the great things people were saying about Tega Cay Animal Hospital and we're SO glad we did! Doc even takes kisses on the face from our girls, lol. He does his own examinations instead of having an inexperienced tech or student do it.
