I had the absolute worst experience with your acting manager at the Dakota Crossing Branch, Kirk Burnett. Not only was he rude, he was ill-informed and could not muster an answer to some very legitimate questions. Rather than to go through a tet-a-tet with him, I asked other staffers for information. When I called the Customer Service number, I asked some very pointed questions and, as they were answered, the other staff at the Market Street location were perplexed as well. The TEFCU has gone DOWN TREMENDOUSLY FROM WHAT IT USED TO BE. Been a member for a long time and I know there trying to make changes and keep up with the new way of the Banking System yet ask the MEMBERS what they think before making the changes, it affects the way the members think and feel about there finances. Changes were made but members are not notified. Not good Banking financial decisions From new to old , only $1500.00 per transaction old one up too $7500.00 way the change ????
