There is something called relationship and I thought that if you build over 20 years then that should account for something right...well not in this case. I have never had a bad history of late or non payments when it came to me having a loan. So you would think they would see that and honor your ability to keep your account in good standing. One star us to much, only if there could be a pinch of star. The worst credit union in history I've been banking with this bank over 20 years and the amount of unprofessional people is overwhelming. Every time there's a issue they never solve it. They don't respond to messages. They tell you there's nothing they can do to help. They lie and blame it on the systems. No one never takes accountability in there end. They don't honor approvals but then blame the system. Do not bank with this bank they are the worst
Tefcu credit union has really stepped up there game. There customer service an response time is second to none. I've been able to get a car and personal loan through them and the process was fast an pleasant. Thanks Tefcu
