Zach at TEFCU was amazing! She was able to service every single need I had and I had many! 🤣 I felt so overwhelmed and she calmed my spirit. She was very precise very confident and very friend. You could tell her customer service was from the heart! I love Zach! Also shoutout to the front desk lady with the glasses and locs! I love her too!
I just had to close my account because two direct deposits never made it to my account from my employer. Two in a row.
I think the fraud department are scammers too! Why send a txt the day before the holiday after hours and cancel the card anyway? Only to be told they closed the card, you have to wait 5-7 days for a replacement card, you can’t get one from the local branch, and they charge you $5 to get a cashier check to get access to your money. Yeah, I’m done! Not to mention I’m still waiting for someone to call me back!
Worst customer service ever. You will end up with a heart attack if you were to ever attempt to call customer service. No one cares about listening and assisting you. They are a bunch of robots.
