The service is horrible, the staff are not professional or courteous, I have been a member for 20 years. It seems like when they moved from the previous location, they forgot to load professionalism and courtesy on the truck when they loaded the money. If you really value us as customers you would provided us with a competent staff who can provide professional and courteous service. Shame on you ! We deserve better. My experience was so bad I don't even want to give them 1 star.
Why I’m still standing at the credit union now and it’s not open. It supposed to open at 9:00 it has not open yet! It 9:20 am on 7/2/25. What kind of business is this???? 12/3/25 I can’t believe this they push everybody out of the credit union. Why???
Absolutely terrible credit union. This is now the third time that I’ve had unauthorized charges on my debit card with TEFCU and once I get my money back it will be my last. It has been almost a month now that I have not been given my stolen money back as I’m just told to wait up to 3 months to get my own money back that I worked hard for. To not even be credited the money while the dispute is worked out is not fair and shameful on this credit union. Terrible credit union. There is only one location and they are open from 9am to 1pm on week days , perfect for people who need to go with a normal schedule. Absolutely no perk of being a member except you can say its a credit union. Call them for help and they will tell you to message them on the app because there is nothing they can do over the phone.
