Very pleased with miss zach very professional
Dissapointing location...outside of one helpful person in the bank who helped me once with the outside ATM, there have been nothing but problems at this location. The outside ATM now seems to always be out of order when I visit, and when you try to use the one inside, you can't because it's after 1pm. Who closes a bank in the midst of such a dense shopping area with tons of apartments and homes at 1pm? The service is horrible, the staff are not professional or courteous, I have been a member for 20 years. It seems like when they moved from the previous location, they forgot to load professionalism and courtesy on the truck when they loaded the money. If you really value us as customers you would provided us with a competent staff who can provide professional and courteous service. Shame on you ! We deserve better. My experience was so bad I don't even want to give them 1 star.
Why I’m still standing at the credit union now and it’s not open. It supposed to open at 9:00 it has not open yet! It 9:20 am on 7/2/25. What kind of business is this???? 12/3/25 I can’t believe this they push everybody out of the credit union. Why???
