Dr Zac is friendly, down to earth, gentle and has fantastic communication skills. Front desk staff are lovely and engaging. Really enjoy visiting Teeth on Ferry and highly recommend.
Booked in with Neils for 2 fillings and I am 100% pleased and satisfied with the overall experience. From the reception staff right down to the dental assistant. And dentist Neils was thorough, caring and very informative. Highly recommended.
Myself and my 2 children have been seeing Teeth on Ferry for the last 2 years. The dentists we see act in a professional matter providing informed consent about every procedure or xray they take and making us feel comfortable and confident in seeing them. We have since relocated from Gold Coast to Victoria however continue to use Teeth on Ferry for all our check ups and procedures when needed. They are fantastic and we have been happy with every service provided to date.
I had a great experience with Dr Zachary from start to finish. He was calm, professional, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. I had my top eight veneers done and couldn’t be happier, they look natural and were done with incredible attention to detail. The whole experience felt seamless and never rushed. If you’re considering cosmetic work and want someone who genuinely cares and delivers results, Dr Zachary is an excellent choice. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience here with a filling. The dentist was quite rough and impersonal, and I felt like a number. He over-numbed my face which was numb from my eyebrow down past my throat. My filling was 3 times the cost of any other I’ve had on the Gold Coast and when I called to query it, I had no explanation or polite apology just ‘that’s the correct invoice’. I won’t be back here.
