I had veneers installed here years ago and it was a consistently good dental service. Since they moved to their new premises (years ago), the service has become very impersonal. Rushed in, rushed out. I get the impression we’re all just numbers. Every time I went in, it was a different dentist, which is not good for continuity of care. I’ve gone to another dental practice now.

I went in for a full clean and teeth whitening. I have visited this clinic many times before and always found the service to be great, but unfortunately, this visit was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I have had my teeth cleaned at many clinics, and I do not believe a certified dentist performed my cleaning this time — it seemed like it was done by dental assistants only.
