My daughter took her car to get her fluids checked. The guy insisted she needed an oil change. She just had it changed a week prior at a different location. Next thing we know the car is moving and the guy told us they accidentally changed the oil and he replaced it. I was beyond pissed but I know my daughter would be embarrassed if I said what I wanted to say. Therefore, I'm warning everyone not to go there. Used to love this place. Great staff. Great service. But they no longer have Mobil 1. Going to have to find a new place.
What used to be Teeters was bought out by Kern Oil Change. I rolled up (it was absolutely empty) they tried to charge me $212 for an oil change when previously Teeters had charged me $140. I asked how much the place across the street was (Vavoline Instant Oil) and they said it was the same price. Flat out lied. Vavoline charged me $140☺️ I told them these guys tried to scam me so they gave me a $10 off coupon. Meanwhile, Kern Oil had NO CUSTOMERS, Vavoline was jamming. They are amazing, kind, affordable thank you so much great employees and they don't try and cheat you for things you don't need!!!
