Terrible customer service, I have called three times to visit about a vehicle and they will not respond to me.
My parents have a 2004 Chevy 2500HD diesel that would start and run for only about 10 seconds and then would not start. Them not knowing anything about diesels, they had it towed to Teeters in Malvern. Teeters service department ran the diagnostics on the engine and discovered that the injectors were leaking which is why the truck would not start.
