Vacasa is the best rental agency by far. They are always available by phone. Very courteous and helpful. Work with you on every angle I will always book with them
Avoid Teeming VR or VRBO is involved. We purchased 4 nights through vrbo. $3,392.64. total. Can't check in till 4:00 pm Sunday. Check-in is picking up a key from a lock-box 4 miles away. The unit itself appeared to be very nice. A/C did not work at all. We used the methods provided by Teeming VR's pre-check-in email. Text and called.... no response. Stay away from TeemingVR. We booked a condo on Treasure Island 4 months ago. We confirmed our reservation and paid the $559.00 deposit - which they accepted and cashed. We received our confirmation number #WR176257 on May 11th so we went ahead and booked our flights to and from. Everything seems good, right? Wrong! DO NOT USE THEM TO BOOK ANYTHING YOU WILL GET ROBBED I viewed one if their property's and they booked it on my credit card without confirmation and refuse to credit my card back for the full amount for a room I did not use or even book I had to fight with my credit card company for months I even called them and asked if I could use the property for another date since they had already charged me and they said no you will be sorry if you use this teeming
They fired an African American young lady because she was black. Her coworker who was UNDER her called her the N word. Rather than firing the employee who was using racial slurs, they proceeded to fire the African American young lady and PROMOTE the employee (that was using racial slurs) to HER position. It’s 2021 and we’re still participating in racist activities? Seriously? Just sad. The situation was morally wrong and I hope the young woman gets her justice.
Never book with these folks - Vacasa. Arrived at our Hilton Head condo Saturday. Came into mold and rust on the front door. Weather strip hanging off also. The vertical blinds for the sliding door will not work and 11 vertical slats are missing. So absolutely no privacy. Still as of Tuesday evening the blinds are still busted. I am one of hundreds that have been taken advantage of during travel prohibitions due to the pandemic (and later the fires in the West), when Turnkey revised its terms and conditions to prevent refunds, and offer sham credits that are difficult if not impossible to use. This is hands down the worst rental company I’ve ever come across. Toni the owner is RACIST! We’ve been renting a long term rental from them since November. A previous long term rental comment from 7 months ago Toni responds with a comment about credit scores yet she NEVER ran our credit. How is that one reviewer gets denied for “credit score” while another never has there credit ran and gets the house? Is there NOT LAWS that protect us from predators like this?
