Rented a condo in Clearwater Beach, FL to attend a medical training conference sponsored by the AHA. UNFORTUNATELY, the AHA made the decision to cancel the live seminar due to the COVID pandemic making the course virtual. The owners of condo 14A located at the Cresent Beach Club along with the rental agency REFUSED to refund our deposit even though we did cancel before the deadline for cancellation was met. These people are crooks. They tout travelers insurance but it does not cover anything. The “manager” Victoria never gets back to you. If your state is shut down and you can’t leave you will not get your money back. You’re better off booking anywhere else. Stay the hell away from Teeming.
