Unprofessional and lacks experience. I specifically made an appointment with him for the whole day and dropped my car off at 8am to have a diagnostic and electrical issue dealt with so I can have my car back by the end of the same business day. He calls me 3 hours later telling me that it could be a number of problems (thanks Sherlock!) and that he would need to keep it for another day to narrow down the problems which was unacceptable since it was only 3 1/2 hrs later when he called me. I looked up auto electric’s in Patchogue and he came up so I brought my car there after $500 and a week with my car he charged me for diagnostics of a bad ground so I take my car and literally 20 minutes later same problem I called him back up he curses me out and tells me I have a bad attitude and not to come back all I want is my car fixed I will never recommend This Guy to anyone I know besides the fact the place is disgusting and he has no equipment I don’t even know how can pretend to know what he’s doing on top of it a... read more
