Not what they use to be. They were pleasant and easy to deal with. Now they are nasty on the phone you can never get the manager to call you back. They took too much out for my payment and refused to refund me for it. They told me I’d have to wait 2 weeks and they would just deduct it from my next payment.
Please don’t get a car from this company!! I got scammed and now I’m over paying for a 2013 Ford Focus..It was a terrible mistake. The cars are overpriced and not worth the headache at all
